URKU EXPRESSIONS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of and access to the URKU EXPRESSIONS website, www.urkuexpressions.com (“the Website”), as well as any orders you place or communications you make through it.
1.2. By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C in their entirety. If you do not accept these T&C, you must not use or access the Website.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian) to use this Website.
2.2. By using the Website, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. 24-Hour Policy & Claims

3.1. Notification Period

• If you receive flowers or related products in less-than-perfect condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order (“Notification Period”).

• Any disputes or refund requests are only eligible if raised within this 24-hour window. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for credit, replacement, or refund.

3.2. Documentation & Requirements

• Please provide at least three (3) clear photos that clearly show the quality issue.

• Required photos include:

  • Product in its original packaging

  • Close-ups of each damaged bunch

  • Product and shipping labels on each box (labels must remain legible)

• Include in your claim submission:

  • Quantity of stems and the variety affected

  • A written description of the specific issue

3.3. Product Handling

• Do not discard the flowers or packaging until you receive a confirmation from a URKU EXPRESSIONS representative. You may be asked to hold onto the product or provide additional photos for further review.

3.4. Exclusions & Limitations

• Slight bruises or minor damage may occur due to shipping conditions, as our products travel long distances. We take every measure to ensure quality but cannot guarantee complete absence of minor imperfections.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1. Order Confirmation

• Your order is considered accepted once we confirm it via email or other electronic means.
  4.2. Payment Methods

• We accept major credit cards and any other payment methods explicitly offered on our Website. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

5.1. Refunds

• Refunds are subject to meeting the 24-hour notification requirement described in Section 3.

• If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed at our discretion.
  5.2. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
