How to Submit a Flower Quality or delay Claim

Notify Us Within 24 Hours

• If you receive flowers in less-than-perfect

condition, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Claims submi ed after this 24-hour window may not be eligible for credit, so prompt communication is key.

Capture Clear Photos

• Please provide at least 3 photos that clearly show the quality issue.

• Photos should include:

• Product in its original packaging

• A close-up of each damaged bunch

• Product and shipping labels on each box (labels must remain legible).

Send a Detailed Description

• In your email, please include:

• Quantity of stems count and variety of the a ected product

• Written en description of the specific issue

• Email is preferred for accuracy (fax is not accepted).

Hold On to the Product

• Please don’t discard or destroy the flowers until you send the pictures or talk to your representative.

Keep Shipping in Mind

•Please remember that our flowers travel a long distance to reach you, and some may experience

minor bumps along the way. We take every measure to ensure their quality, but slight damage can occasionally occur.

• We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work together to address any issues and bring you the best of our blooms.
